Operating procedures for welded insulated cylinders:
In order to make the welding insulation cylinder gas supply system of continuous, stable, safe, saving gas, welding using adiabatic gas supply system, can a single cylinder of gas supply to the terminal, can bus two cylinders or more than three cylinders alternately switching. The specific steps are as follows:

(2) a bottle of liquid boost after try to run out of time, when you need to stop, the cylinder can keep working pressure without pressure relief, such as the disabled a long time (more than 8 hours) for relief work pressure below 70% (and often a check of the cylinder pressure, avoid overpressure danger).
(3) when the liquid level of the welding insulated cylinder is lower, the gas space at the top of the gas cylinder will increase, and the system pressurization will be slower. Especially when the liquid level of the gas cylinder is low and the gas supply must be stopped because of some reasons, the pressurization speed of the gas cylinder will be slower when the pressure is raised again after the system is released. We open another bottle to the booster valve cylinder to cylinder pressure to boost pressure after each valve to shut down in front is the use of the low pressure cylinder, so that the system of high pressure gas back into the cylinder to quickly boost. When the pressure of the lower pressure cylinder is balanced with the system pressure, the pressurization valve of the cylinder and the valve for gas use are temporarily closed with higher pressure. Then the gas cylinder with lower liquid level can start the normal gas supply until the residual liquid in the cylinder is exhausted (at this time the cylinder wall stops frosting or frosting slowly).
(4) when the gas supply valve open the Dewar with new investment and the normal supply.

(6) when the gas supply system needs to stop working (work, maintenance, etc.), close the pressurization valve of the cylinder, close the use valve on the cylinder, instantly open the vent valve of the bus, and close after the pressure is slightly reduced.
