LNG gasification station is a receiving, storage and distribution of LNG WeiXing Railway Station, is also the town or gas enterprise LNG transfer from the manufacturer to the user's intermediate adjustment place. Because of its short construction period and the advantages of rapidly meeting the demand of gas market, LNG gasification station has gradually been built in the medium and small cities of southeast coast of China which is economically developed and energy scarce, and become the transition gas supply facilities before the arrival of permanent gas supply facilities or pipeline natural gas. LNG has become the main gas source or transition gas source that can not be used in the pipeline gas supply City, and is also a supplementary gas source or peaking gas source for many cities that use pipeline to transport natural gas.

LNG storage

Storage tank is the main equipment of LNG vaporizing station. It directly affects the normal production of vaporizing station, and also occupies a large proportion of cost. According to the structure, it can be divided into underground storage tank, ground metal storage tank and metal prestressed concrete storage tank. For LNG storage tanks, the existing vacuum powder insulated tanks, positive pressure stacked insulated tanks and high vacuum insulation type storage tanks, the small and medium sized vaporizing stations generally use vacuum powder insulated low temperature storage tanks. The tank with inner and outer two layers, sandwich filling perlite and vacuum, reduces external heat into the tank, ensure the gasification rate of less than 0.3% LNG.

Gasification of LNG

Gasification unit is the main device for gas station to supply gas to the outside world. In the design, we usually use air temperature vaporizer. The gasification capacity should be I.3 to 1.5 times of the peak hour of gas town, no less than 2 units, and should have 1 spare parts. When the ambient temperature is low, the outlet gas temperature is lower than 5 degrees, the outlet gas should be heated two times, so as to ensure the normal operation of the whole gas supply.
